Brief Overview
For nearly the same money you can get a True PS 825 which is what I would buy in this range.
Overall Quality
A highly priced Vision that is as solid a Vision as has been made. With that said, for the same money, you can get a club quality Lifefitness, Star Trac, or with a few more hundred the most impressive home treadmill made by True. At $4,300 Vision is simply priced out of the market. You can get a touchscreen True for less or you can get a fantastic Landice unit that has arguably higher quality for less money. That is simply the reality. Why Vision would make such a huge difference in price based on consoles is beyond us- a touch screen like the Touch model might warrant a higher price but even Icon is putting acceptable quality touch screens in $1,500 machines.
