Brief Overview
The Trupace E250 is not a good value, if you are considering this machine just go ahead and buy a real Smooth elliptical. The upper end of the TruePace lineup from Smooth is not a good value. The design, functionality, and quality doesn't compare with what you can buy from NordicTrack, Proform, LiveStrong, Sole or a whole host of other brands.
Overall Quality
Smooth Fitness is not really ready to produce ellipticals in the sub-$1000 price point. When you compare these to what is available from Gold's Gym, Proform, and NordicTrack they really don't measure up. While Smooth makes excellent machines over $1000 we would have to pass on the entire TruPace lineup.
