Brief Overview
The E220 can't compete with offerings from Proform and NordicTrack. Even with the obvious problems that Proform and NordicTrack provide at this price point with regard to glitchy features, Smooth doesn't deliver on design and quality.
Overall Quality
Smooth Fitness is not really ready to produce ellipticals in the sub-$1000 price point. When you compare these to what is available from Gold's Gym, Proform, and NordicTrack they really don't measure up. While Smooth makes excellent machines over $1000 we would have to pass on the entire TruPace lineup.
