Proform XP Trainer 580 Treadmill Review
$599.00
Where to buy the Proform XP Trainer 580
Brief Overview
An amazingly feature packed machine for $600. When you lift the hood, you realize where they took the costs out. Heart rate didn't work very well on our test unit.
Overall Quality
Everything has its shortcomings but for $600, this is not a bad deal. You will be surprised how well everything fits together and the feel of the machine is that of one costing much more. The problem arises if you really try to use it as a serious machine, but we'll be happy to sell you parts if you want to use it that way.

Customer Reviews
35.0 out of 5 starsI traded a lawnmower for this treadmill about ten years ago. My buddy's wife was just using it as a clothes hanger and his mower broke down. Familiar story for a lot of home work out equipment. Well ten years later I'm still running on this thing, something I do 3-4 times a week. Crazy, I know but I live in the frozen north and running outside is frequently prohibitive. This unit has everything you need, variable speeds, incline options, built in programs and apparently it is durable. Nothing has broke down on it. I don't use the heart rate thing so I don't have any opinion on it.

We have ours for three years, love everything about it. Great bargain for the price.

I've had it for 12 years and very pleased with it. I use it 3 to 4 times a week. It is a great machine for the price.
