This membership is a huge benefit not only in the initial investment in the Studio Bike, but also in the journey to optimal fitness health.
Overall Quality
The Proform Studio Bike Pro is ergonomically designed to fit many sized users with its adjusting ability. The handlebars have multiple positions and offer not only regular handlebars, but a cross piece built for gripping when exercise intensity mounts. The seat is padded and has both vertical and horizontal adjustments plus it is interchangeable with regular bike seats and can be easily converted to an even more comfortable saddle. The pedals have open toe cages and are also interchangeable.
The Proform Studio Bike Pro has a 10” HD touchscreen inspiring interactive workouts and allowing easy viewing of all performance statistics. The console also has a pivot design that allows users to workout on and off the bike with a 180-degree swivel. Not to mention the addition of two 3 lb. dumbbells to assist in upper body toning efforts. There are also 22 levels of resistance allowing users to intensive workouts with each continuous level.
