A decent if unimpressive elliptical.
Overall Quality
The Proform Stride Select is a little beefed-up version of some elliptical designs that Proform and NordicTrack have been producing over the last two years. We are not enamored with the design. It is decent but if you want an adjustable stride look to the Epic 1200 Pro for a better option.
