The Proform Cardio Strong model has been an online offering for Proform for a couple of years. It is a very scaled down offering that doesn't offer much in the way of quality but does give you an entry model into the world of fitness. The problem with the quality level on this kind of machine is it has the opportunity to leave a bad taste in the mouth of people who are just starting home fitness for the first time. Although Proform's quality is much better than it was 10 years ago, you simply cannot put a good quality machine together in this price range.
