How long will the Peloton Bike last?
Peloton seems to have put quality parts on this bike, but the warranty they provide is a mystery. Peloton did put a thirty-pound flywheel on this bike, and a belt drive system. The Peloton bike offers decent durability, you can find a stronger bike for the same money and not be required to pay for expensive fitness classes. For the price of this bike, we would suggest a moderate user.
Brief Overview
The Peloton Bike has many great attributes that brings this bike to the top of our list. But we understand that the Pelton Bike is towards the top of the price range for this class. This leads us to place the Pelton Bike in our second-place winner for 2021 Best Buy for the $1500 to $1999 price class.
Overall Quality
The Peloton Bike comes with a lot of good parts that justify the price of the machine.
Peloton built this bike with a belt drive system for durability. The flywheel weighs thirty pounds, which will allow for a smooth ride. This bike comes with an easy to see the twenty-two-inch screen.
Luckily, we have just a few things we do not like about this bike.
The Peloton let us down on making it difficult to understand their warranty, that is if they have one. Typically, a pour warranty shows that a company does not believe in their machine, so what does no warranty say about the company and its product? For the price of the bike it would be nice to know Peloton stands behind their product. Peloton is also not clear on the number of programs they have set up for this bike, which makes it even harder to recommend this product to consumers.
This is like because they push their fitness class that can cost up to $400 per month. If you don’t purchase a fitness class from them chances are you will not get the full experience out of your Peloton bike.
