The Elite E17.7 is a solid machine and the features are nothing short of stunning. Unfortunately the quality and the customer service don't measure up to the feature set. Just remember that to pack all of those features into a machine when nobody else can means that the money had to come from somewhere. In this case, quality and customer service.
