The E5.9 is a decent machine but we would recommend that you spend more money that this. If all your budget will allow is $500 this might be you best bet.

Overall Quality

NordicTrack produces feature rich, technology laden machines that are a decent value with good quality. Unfortunately, this machine isn't one of them. While it has decent quality for the money, the machine is not great. If you are trying to see if you will consistently use an elliptical and don't want to pay a lot of money this might be a good machine to start out with before you move up to higher quality machines that will last. Otherwise spend at least $1000 and get a quality machine now.
