I called Health Rider to report my motor was out my unit 105t was 6-7 years old they checked my serial number and found my unit had a lifetime warranty for frame and drive they took my info and within 4-5 days I had a new motor at my door. Great service by Healthrider, go buy one. These days finally a company that supports what they sale.
