The Best Choice 800W comes with 3 programs that can be terminated with the quick removal of the safety key – not that you will go fast enough to hurt yourself with only an 800-watt motor that has a max speed of 7.5 MPH. The running space is a measly 14” x 39” so if you are larger than a child or take regular strides you are pretty much out of luck with this treadmill. It does have a heart rate sensor in the handlebar, a media shelf, and two cup holders.
